Empowering Futures: Unleashing Opportunities Through Skill Development and Livelihood Initiatives!

We’re dedicated to community empowerment through skill development. Our collaboration with ASSOCHAM in DDUGKY. Under the Ministry of Rural Development, has provided technical training in the automotive industry promoting economic growth and decent work opportunities.

We’ve also partnered with Hindustan Petroleum and Confederation of Indian Industry for the Swavalamban—Livelihood Training Programme, facilitating economic empowerment by distributing free machines and establishing self-help groups.

Our Projects

Japan TITP

No. of Beneficiaries: 100+

Target Audience: Youth

Location: New Delhi

Japan TITP

An initiative by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Government of India, successfully conducted an internship training program aimed at empowering youth. The program focused on skill development and language training, equipping participants with the necessary expertise to secure paid internships in Japan, enhancing their global career prospects.

Computer Training- Literacy Project

No. of Beneficiaries: 30+

Target Audience: Youth

Location: Mandla, Madhya Pradesh

Computer Training- Literacy Project

In collaboration with IOCL CSR, Bal Bharti Academy conducted a 60 days computer training and skill development program as computer operators in local companies, and securing a job with minimum monthly salary of ₹15,000.

Speech and Hearing Impairment (SHI) Project

Target Audience: Person with Speech and Hearing Impairment (SHI)

Location: Greater Noida

Speech and Hearing Impairment (SHI) Project

Bal Bharti Academy (BBA) with the help of HSSC started an initiative
for Person with Speech and Hearing impairment (SHI) to uplift the community and eradicate the social
stigma around them and develop their skill in retail department,
equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to secure
meaningful employment, to reduce disparity and improve quality of
life for person with SHI.

Vikray Uttejana Project 2024

No. of Beneficiaries: 50

Target Audience: Person with Locomotive disability

Location: Greater Noida

Vikray Uttejana Project 2024

Bal Bharti Academy (BBA) along with Bosch Ltd. started an initiative for Person with Locomotive disability to uplift the community and eradicate the social stigma around them and to place minimum 60% of target beneficiaries with an assured competitive market salary and convenient location based on the domain skill provided.

Mega Job Fair 2025

No. of Beneficiaries: 1500+

Target Audience: Youth of Nagaland

Location: Dimapur, Nagaland

Computer Training- Literacy Project

The Mega Job Fair in Nagaland, jointly funded by Bal Bharti Academy and BOSCH, focused on employment
generation and economic empowerment. The initiative
focused on providing on the spot job opportunities based on industry demand and candidate suitability, ensuring targeted interventions for professional growth and
upliftment of youth in the region.

SWAVLAMBAN LIVELIHOOD TRAINING

No. of Beneficiaries: 500

Location: Narshingpur, Mandla, Dindori, M.P

SWAVLAMBAN LIVELIHOOD TRAINING

Skill training sessions were conducted on paper plate and dona making in Mandla (200 candidates), Dindori (200 candidates), and Narshingpur (100 candidates) regions of Madhya Pradesh. As a positive outcome, 75 free machines were distributed to the self-help groups formed during the project. Subsequently, these groups were able to generate a decent daily income, marking a successful completion of the initiative.

DDUGKY - UTTAR PRADESH

DDUGKY - UTTAR PRADESH

In collaboration with the Ministry of Rural Development, we are actively engaged in training 990 candidates in Uttar Pradesh to enhance their employability, supporting economic growth and self-sufficiency in rural areas.

DDUGKY - PUNJAB

Location: Punjab

DDUGKY - PUNJAB

In Hoshiarpur, Punjab, we are providing comprehensive technical training program which aims at benefiting 1200 young individuals. This initiative is specifically tailored to cater to the needs of the sectors contributing to the nation’s economic growth: Construction, Tourism & Hospitality, and Healthcare.

DDUGKY - NAGALAND & MIZORAM

Location: Nagaland & Mizoram

DDUGKY - NAGALAND & MIZORAM

Through a consortium with ASSOCHAM, we have extended the reach to Nagaland and Mizoram, aiming to train 900 candidates in each state and promote skill development and employment in underserved regions.
