Bal Bharti Academy which is a Non-Government, Non-Profit NGO registered under Section 21, Indian Societies Registration Act, 1860, that has been engaged in various developmental, training and other socially important activities such as women empowerment, Rural Development, Skill Development, Health Awareness, Livelihood, etc. since 1970. The society is covered under section 80G and 12A of Indian Income Tax Act, 1961. We are also registered with Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA).
Our mission is to weave together the threads of change through on ground, deliberate actions. Whether it’s empowering our youth with education and training, nurturing the health and vitality of women and children, or building the very foundations of sustainable development.

Bal Bharti Academy (BBA) is dedicated to empowering communities through education, skill development, and sustainable initiatives. Since its inception in 1970, BBA has been working at the grassroots level to uplift marginalized groups, particularly women and youth, by providing them with the tools and opportunities they need to build a better future. As a registered non-profit organization under the Indian Societies Registration Act, BBA also holds 80G, 12A, and FCRA certifications, ensuring transparency and accountability in its mission to create lasting social impact.
Rooted in the belief that true progress comes from inclusivity and collaboration, BBA actively works in areas such as quality education, healthcare, women empowerment, upliftment of farming communities, rural development, and environmental conservation. From promoting STEM education to boosting self-reliance through skill training and ecological restoration projects like Miyawaki forests, every initiative is designed to create meaningful change.
